Il porridge miele, mele e cannella è una colazione calda e avvolgente, che profuma di casa. La cremosità dei fiocchi d’avena si unisce alla dolcezza delle mele stufate, al tocco speziato della cannella e alla nota dorata del miele. Un inizio di giornata nutriente e irresistibilmente confortante.
Ingredients
- Whole milk300 ml
- Oat flakes150 g
- Honey2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Fuji apples1 u (250 g)
Procedure
0. Start by pouring the oats and milk into a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, adding a teaspoon of cinnamon.
1. When your porridge starts to thicken, add a chopped apple. I prefer larger pieces.
2. Cook for another 5 minutes or so and then turn off the heat. Fill two bowls with more porridge and add a generous spoonful of honey.
