  • 1. Take small portions of dough (about 40 g each) and shape them into disks 5 cm in diameter and 1 cm high. If the dough is too sticky, lightly moisten your hands with water. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
  • 2. Heat a nonstick pan and brush it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Arrange the fritters and cook them over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and slightly crispy.
