  • 1. Gradually add the remaining flour, the egg, and season. Knead quickly. Divide the dough into slices about 2 cm thick, then cut them into long cylinders 2 cm in diameter. Cut into 2 cm pieces, forming small gnocchi. Using a fork or a ridged board, shape them into their typical shape.
