  • 1. Remove the meat from the oven and reduce the temperature to 190°C. Mix the meat juices with the mustard and season the meat, spreading the mixture evenly with a spoon. Bake the meat for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
  • 2. Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
  • 3. To make the accompanying sauce, we'll use the cooking juices. In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch with the cooking juices, stirring over low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then gradually add the apple juice to incorporate. Once the mixture has reached the desired consistency, remove from the heat.
