Salsiccette rosolate fino a doratura, poi unite a riso bianco cotto e un tocco di brodo caldo per un piatto semplice e confortante.
Ingredients
- Tomato puree150 ml
- Fresh sausage150 g
- Golden onion150 g
- Basmati rice70 g
- Parsleyto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Start by preparing the rice broth. Finely chop the onion and add a small amount to a saucepan with a drizzle of oil.
1. As soon as it starts to sizzle, add the rice and a pinch of salt. After about two minutes of toasting (stirring to prevent burning), begin cooking with the broth.
2. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into cubes and begin browning it in a pan. As soon as it releases its fat, add the onions and, once they've softened, the passata. Add a pinch of black pepper and a little parsley.
3. Cook the meat with a ladle of broth. Once the rice is ready, plate it up and serve hot!
