Carciofi trifolati saporiti e semplici, saltati con aglio e prezzemolo. Un contorno leggero e genuino, perfetto per accompagnare ogni piatto.
Ingredients
- Vegetable broth60 ml
- Extra virgin olive oil30 ml
- Artichoke6 u (1500 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Parsleyto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Wash the artichokes, remove the tough outer leaves, and cut off the tips. Cut them in half, then into wedges.
1. Place the butterfly in the Thermomix jug and add them to the jug together with the oil, garlic, broth, salt and pepper.
2. Cook for 15 minutes at 100° speed 1. Sprinkle the artichokes with chopped parsley and serve.
