Ingredients
- Carrots200 g
- Seitan200 g
- Curly kale200 g
- Zucchini200 g
- Extra virgin olive oil4 tablespoons
- Soy sauce2 teaspoons
- Dried oregano1 teaspoon
Procedure
0. Start by preparing the vegetables. Peel the carrots and cut them into rounds. Peel the zucchini, wash them, and cut them into slices or rounds. Cut the cabbage into strips and wash it. Pour three tablespoons of oil into a large skillet and add the vegetables. Start with the carrots and cabbage, which require more cooking.
1. Stir the vegetables and add a few tablespoons of water to prevent them from sticking. When they're almost done, add the soy sauce and stir for another two minutes. Transfer to a plate.
2. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan and add the sliced seitan. Brown the seitan on both sides and cook for a few minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano. Add the seitan to the vegetable platter.
