Ideale spuntino da tè o caffè. Facili da fare con una parte di zucchero, due di burro e tre di farina!
Ingredients
- Type 0 flour175 g
- Butter115 g
- Granulated sugar55 g
- Brown sugarto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Butter a 20cm diameter baking pan and heat the oven to 150°C.
1. Combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Fold the butter into the other ingredients and continue mixing until smooth. Be careful not to overwork the dough, or it won't be as crumbly as it should be.
2. Gently press the mixture into the pan and use a knife to mark the eight slices. Alternatively, for a gift idea, you can divide the dough into eight discs and bake them separately. Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar.
3. Bake for about 45 minutes. If you choose to divide the discs, the baking time will be shorter (check after 30 minutes). When the cake is golden brown on top, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
