  • 1. In a bowl, mix together the drained spinach, ricotta, eggs, grated garlic, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs (to adjust the consistency of the mixture).
  • 2. Make balls and coat them in breadcrumbs, then cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in a fan oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
