Spaghetti di riso senza glutine al salmone
Ingredients
- Spirulina rice noodles320 g
- Extra virgin olive oil15 ml
- Artichoke2 u (500 g)
- Garlic1 clove
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Take the artichokes and wash them. Remove the tough outer leaves. Cut them in half and remove the inner beard, then slice them thinly.
1. Add the artichokes to the water and lemon juice so they darken and retain their green color. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic clove. Cook the artichokes for about 15 minutes, adding the parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook the spaghetti al dente and sauté it in the pan with the artichokes. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
