Pan di Spagna soffice e leggero preparato facilmente con il Bimby. La base ideale per torte e dolci fatti in casa, perfetta ogni volta.
Ingredients
- Type 00 flour300 g
- Granulated sugar250 g
- Water100 ml
- Baking powder16 g
- Eggs6 u (360 g)
Procedure
0. Using the butterfly whisk, beat the egg whites for 2 minutes at speed 3. Set the egg whites aside.
1. Place the sugar and finely grated lemon zest in a clean jug and set the turbo setting for 30 seconds.
2. Insert the butterfly whisk and add the egg yolks and 6 tablespoons of boiling water and set to 40 degrees for 1 minute at speed 3.
3. Remove the butterfly whisk and add the flour for 40 seconds at speed 3-5. Then add the beaten egg whites and the baking powder and mix for 20 seconds at speed 2, using a spatula.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin and bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
