  • 2. Insert the butterfly whisk and add the egg yolks and 6 tablespoons of boiling water and set to 40 degrees for 1 minute at speed 3.
  • 3. Remove the butterfly whisk and add the flour for 40 seconds at speed 3-5. Then add the beaten egg whites and the baking powder and mix for 20 seconds at speed 2, using a spatula.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin and bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
