Tiramisù alle fragole fresco e cremoso, preparato velocemente con il Bimby. Un dessert estivo e goloso per stupire in ogni occasione.
Ingredients
- Strawberry700 g
- Ladyfingers500 g
- Mascarpone250 g
- Granulated sugar225 g
- Fresh cream200 ml
- Water200 ml
- Eggs3 u (180 g)
Procedure
0. Place the butterfly whisk in the Thermomix jug and pour in the cream, whipping it for about 2 minutes at speed 2 (or until stiff) and then 1 minute and 30 seconds at speed 3 (be careful not to melt it).
1. At this point, remove the cream from the jug and place it in a bowl and place it in the refrigerator.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by washing and drying the strawberries, then placing them in the cleaned jug along with the sugar, water, and limoncello. Blend for 10 seconds at speed 10. Then transfer to a bowl.
3. Once the jug has been washed and dried again, insert the butterfly whisk and add the sugar and egg yolks, whipping for 5 minutes at speed 3. Add the mascarpone, still cool, and whip for 3 minutes at speed 3. Now add the whipped cream and whip for 1 minute at speed 3.
4. Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled strawberry syrup and place them as the base of a springform pan. Trim the ladyfingers to cover the rim of the pan, making them the same height as the pan. Dip them in the strawberry syrup on one side only and arrange them in a fence around the pan, sugared side facing outward.
5. A layer of mascarpone cream can now be poured over the ladyfingers. Cover with the strawberry wedges, remembering to set aside 1/3 for the final decoration. Cover with a layer of ladyfingers soaked in strawberry syrup. Finish with a layer of mascarpone cream.
6. Take the strawberries you set aside, decorate them and place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
