Tagliolini freschi, sottili e delicati, avvolti da un ragù di salsiccia intenso e profumato, che trasforma ogni forchettata in pura festa per il palato.
Ingredients
- Fresh egg pasta400 g
- Tomato puree300 ml
- Fresh sausage200 g
- Golden onion150 g
- Carrots100 g
- Basilto taste
- Bouillon cubeto taste
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOPto taste
Procedure
0. If you like, remove the sausage casing and brown it (otherwise, you can simply cut it into cubes or use sausage paste). Season with grated pepper.
1. Add the grated carrot and finely chopped onion. To further flavor the ragù, you can prepare a stock with a stock cube. Add the stock and tomato puree to the meat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2. Cook the tajarin in plenty of boiling water. Once cooked, add them to the sauce, stirring with a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese off the heat. Serve and garnish with a few basil leaves.
