Ceviche di tonno e fragole: un mix audace di freschezza marina e dolcezza fruttata che sorprende e conquista al primo assaggio!
Ingredients
- Strawberry125 g
- Tuna fillets100 g
- Cherry tomato100 g
- Hazelnuts15 g
- Lime1 u (50 g)
- Balsamic vinegarto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Mintto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Cut the fresh tuna into cubes of about 1 cm on each side and place them in a large bowl.
1. Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the tuna cubes. Stir well so the lime juice evenly coats the tuna. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters, depending on their size. Wash and thinly slice the strawberries. Wash and roughly chop the mint leaves.
3. Once the tuna has marinated, add the cherry tomatoes, strawberries, and mint to the bowl with the tuna. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to avoid breaking the tuna cubes.
4. Divide the ceviche between serving plates and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts just before serving to keep it crunchy.
