Rolata di vitello tenera e gustosa, arrotolata con aromi e cotta lentamente. Un secondo piatto elegante e perfetto per occasioni speciali.
Ingredients
- Priest's hat500 g
- New potatoes300 g
- Frozen peas200 g
- Fresh spinach150 g
- High-quality cooked ham100 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Bouillon cubeto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Procedure
0. Start by washing and roughly chopping the fresh spinach. Then sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and salt until wilted.
1. Wait for the spinach to cool. Meanwhile, arrange the meat slices on a cutting board, overlapping them slightly.

2. Place the ham, spinach, and cheese on top. Then roll the meat up.

3. Stuff the meat with kitchen string and brown it in a pan on all sides over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare the broth with the stock cube.

4. Cook with the lid on for about 20 minutes, then add the peas and potatoes and continue cooking, adding a pinch of salt, for another 30 minutes. Finally, remove the meat from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. Stir-fry the peas and potatoes in the pan, reducing the broth. Serve hot.
