- Yellow polenta300 g
- Carrots200 g
- Fresh spinach100 g
- Borlotti beans (precooked)50 g
- Celeryto taste
- Poppy seedsto taste

Procedure
0. In a pan, cook the instant polenta according to the instructions (even the day before) and let it cool for a few minutes.
1. Meanwhile, prepare a vegetable sauce by sautéing it in a pan with oil and onion. Add the chopped celery and carrots. After a few minutes, add the washed fresh spinach and finally the pre-cooked borlotti beans.
2. Cut the polenta into slices and arrange them in an oiled baking dish. Cover with the vegetables, then add a second layer of polenta. Add plenty of olive oil, curry, and ground flaxseed, poppyseed, and sunflower seeds. Bake for about 15 minutes.
