  • 2. Cut the polenta into slices and arrange them in an oiled baking dish. Cover with the vegetables, then add a second layer of polenta. Add plenty of olive oil, curry, and ground flaxseed, poppyseed, and sunflower seeds. Bake for about 15 minutes.
