Ingredients
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Butter90 g
- Granulated sugar80 g
- Type 00 flour20 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Unsweetened cocoa powderto taste
Procedure
0. To make the cake, you'll need a small saucepan and muffin cups. Add the butter and chocolate to the saucepan and cook over low heat.
1. Once the chocolate is completely melted, let it cool. Meanwhile, vigorously beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
2. Then add the chocolate to the mixture and fold it in with a spatula. Then add the flour and fold it in as well.
3. Pour the mixture into the greased and dusted muffin cups with a little bitter cocoa. The mixture should fill about 2/3 of the cup.
4. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Once removed from the oven, place the cake upside down on a cutting board or plate and tap the base to make it fall.
