Delizia il palato con un tortino cuore caldo senza glutine: un dolce soffice con un cuore di cioccolato fondente fuso, perfetto per un dessert goloso e senza glutine.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Butter90 g
- Rice flour20 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Powdered sugarto taste
- Unsweetened cocoa powderto taste
Procedure
0. To prepare the cake you need a saucepan and paper cups. Add the butter and chocolate to the saucepan and cook over low heat.
1. Once the chocolate is completely melted, let it cool. In the meantime, mix the eggs with the sugar vigorously until you get a frothy mixture.
2. Then add chocolate to the mixture and incorporate it with the help of a spatula. Then add flour and incorporate it as well.
3. Pour the mixture into the paper cups, previously buttered and dusted with a little bitter cocoa. The mixture should fill about 2/3 of the paper cup.
4. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Once removed from the oven, place the cake upside down on a cutting board or plate and tap the base to make it come down.
