Gli Yakisoba (letteralmente yaki, frittura al salto e soba, spaghetti di grano saraceno) sono uno dei piatti tradizionali giapponesi più conosciuti.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat noodles (Soba)200 g
- Chicken breast200 g
- Savoy cabbage70 g
- Sunflower oil2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper2 u (440 g)
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce2 tablespoons
- Garlic2 cloves
- Tonkatsu sauce1 tablespoon
- Carrots1 u (75 g)
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- White onion1 u (150 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. Shake off excess water and set aside.
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook until golden brown.
2. Add the onion, carrots, peppers, cabbage, ginger, and garlic to the pan. Sauté the ingredients until the vegetables are tender but crisp.
3. Add the Yakisoba noodles to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
4. Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and tonkatsu sauce (if using) to the pan. Continue stir-frying until the ingredients are well combined and the noodles are heated through.
5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and ground black pepper, if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Yakisoba!
