  • 0. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. Shake off excess water and set aside.
  • 1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook until golden brown.
  • 2. Add the onion, carrots, peppers, cabbage, ginger, and garlic to the pan. Sauté the ingredients until the vegetables are tender but crisp.
  • 3. Add the Yakisoba noodles to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
  • 4. Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and tonkatsu sauce (if using) to the pan. Continue stir-frying until the ingredients are well combined and the noodles are heated through.
  • 5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and ground black pepper, if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Yakisoba!
